1 /5 Diana: I was disappointed with the service at Pandora Geneva Commons. As it seems, this store has a reoccurrence with being rude. Despite several employees being available, we were left waiting without assistance while some staff openly discussed a fellow coworker in front of customers. Not only was this unprofessional, but inappropriate language was used—even with children present in the store. When we were helped, a misunderstanding with a purchase led to frustration and rude behavior from the staff, making us feel uncomfortable, and ultimately unwelcome. We left without a clear resolution. Thankfully, the team at Pandora in Schaumburg handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. I truly hope the Geneva staff reflect on this experience and understand that it’s not okay to speak about coworkers or use inappropriate language in front of customers. It creates a negative and unwelcoming environment.
