1 /5 chrissy: You guys realize this is Pandora not a high end jewelry store right? I went here earlier to exchange a charm that didn’t fit my grandmother’s bracelet I bought her around the holidays. I was told at Fox Valley location I could bring it as long as its still in good condition. I was in the area and thought why not just bring it here? I went here and was treated very rudely. The lady didn’t even look at the charm just said it was over 30 days…Obviously?? I just said I bought it around the holidays. She looked at me as if I were insane for bringing it. You work at Pandora. I would get off my high horse if I were you. It was just an overall weird experience. I brought it to different location and they actually helped me out instead of saying “oh well” and going about their day. Please hire people that know how to take care of people. Terrible customer service and this is coming from someone who’s in the service industry.

1 /5 Aly C: Whoever is the manager is the on duty today 09/08 was really rude. We came to ask for more information regarding a product we got from pandora as it is broken. She repeatedly say in a loud voice condescending voice that there is nothing they can do (which is we understand but maybe on our side we will appreciate suggestions other than being said nothing we can do) suggestion like saying that is unusable and need a new bracelet, she just repetitively say nothing I can do as if we are forcing her to do anything and she even said” We are not a repair shop” We did not say you are repair shop and we understand when you explained that there is only 1 year warranty. What we are waiting for is a conversation on what to do best next. We could have stayed and shopped for a new bracelet but she went back to the backroom before we even left the store. And it it truly the loud voice that is unacceptable. I am expecting more from a manager. And my mom did not deserve to be talked in that manner and tone.

1 /5 Diana: I was disappointed with the service at Pandora Geneva Commons. As it seems, this store has a reoccurrence with being rude. Despite several employees being available, we were left waiting without assistance while some staff openly discussed a fellow coworker in front of customers. Not only was this unprofessional, but inappropriate language was used—even with children present in the store. When we were helped, a misunderstanding with a purchase led to frustration and rude behavior from the staff, making us feel uncomfortable, and ultimately unwelcome. We left without a clear resolution. Thankfully, the team at Pandora in Schaumburg handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. I truly hope the Geneva staff reflect on this experience and understand that it’s not okay to speak about coworkers or use inappropriate language in front of customers. It creates a negative and unwelcoming environment.

3 /5 No “Hayhay10040”: This store isn’t my favorite for service. The last few times I’ve been there they claim they can’t clean my jewelry due to high traffic in the store but no one has been in there besides maybe one person. Little disappointing. In addition staff has a bit of an attitude unless they think you are actually buying something

1 /5 Natalia Hernandez: Came in around 11:40 1/10/25 before work to pick up a ring and some earrings. I was not acknowledged upon coming in the store, and waited for help for about 15 minutes before i left without buying anything. Came in the same day around 3:30 on my lunch to try again. They were out of what i wanted (which is totally understandable after the holiday), but one of the girls working at the back counter was giving me the stink eye while another girl was helping me. I’ve never had such a negative experience at any of the surrounding Pandora’s, this store really needs to work on their customer service.
