She was lovely and knowledgeable on the permanent jewelry process. The store also had a variety of other items outside of permanent jewelry - we ended up purchasing quite a few things! Jp Jones I took my wifes engagement ring and wedding ring to Dream Jewelers so they could be cleaned and replated to white gold. They took a lot of time inspecting both rings stones and documenting the inspection before they even would accept the rings to work on them. They even showed me that one of the tiny diamonds in my wifes halo was not a real diamond. I was impressed with their inspection. I got a call from them after 24hrs telling me that the rings were ready for pickup! The rings look like they are brand new and my wife is super happy! Besides jewelry repair, they had a great selection of jewelry that caught my eye!

Brandon Ballard Wonderful little jewelry sales and repair. They have techs on site. Its not a large store, but it has a great collection of jewelry. And the staff are very very pleasant. It is like walking in to see family in the jewelry business. I had them fix my wifes ring and they were able to fit it in and get it done before Valentines day. And the repair is phenomenal. Ill definitely be back here first when in the market for anything new or for repairs. Highly highly recommend

I wanted something custom and Bob listened to everything I wanted and made it perfectly, for both my wedding band and engagement ring. The wedding band he special ordered came in the very next day, and he sized it and had it ready for me that day as well. The customer service cannot be matched, this was the absolute best experience. Also, with the quality of the jewelry, lower prices, and the customer service, plus it being a local jeweler... no one should be buying jewelry online. They are top notch. I cannot say enough good things.
