S B Fantastic customer service from the initial greeting to the final sale. I had some jewelry that needed repairs including changing out posts on some earrings so that I could comfortably wear them. Alyssa was very knowledgeable, and just so friendly and comfortable to work with. All of the team members I encountered were so nice. My jewelry came out perfectly in the time promised.
