5 /5 Maria Ford: This jeweler was highly recommended to me. I had two very valuable necklaces that were tangled. After months of trying to fix them, Long & Co jewelers had them fixed, polished, and lovely packaged for me to pick up the following day. When I first went in I had the most incredibly fun, kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable person helping me. I am interested in an investment watch as a gift; one mention, and her true genius was clearly demonstrated. I learned so much! I especially want to say that this jeweler has the most genuine, upfront, authentic, and simple good people all working here. When I went to pick up my now untangled necklaces, an incredibly kind man handed them to me, I waited at the register. He explained there’s no charge. I was in shock. I couldn’t imagine the time it took, and just like I was a good friend; “no charge”. I think finding a business like this, who still operates by the principles of integrity, consideration, kindness, authenticity, and honesty; are genuinely rare gems, and worth their weight in gold(see what I did there? Ha). Genuinely though, if you’re in the market for jewelry, or need assistance with current pieces; this is hands down the place I’d send any friend, or family!
If you’re interested in something you’re not overly knowledgeable on; prepare to leave with a phd from the level of helpful information that can only come from professionals with a lifetime of experience, and that’s what Long & Co Jewelers staff all are.
