5 /5 Nikki Janick: I stopped in today to pick up an online order. I ordered my husband a gift for our 10 anniversary so I stopped to get it. Kristine helped me out and she was wonderful! We chatted and she even cleaned my wedding set to make it nice and shiny again. She also provided me with some information on the coverage and services they can provide on my jewelry even though my set wasnt purchased from them, they can still help me keep my settings and jewelry looking new. Thanks for the great service, I will be back for sure!

5 /5 The Great One: Well let me first start by saying that I am no expert when it comes to making jewelry purchases. I can’t imagine an experience could get any better than this. Kristine and the team working today were the nicest group ever. Kristine asked the perfect questions and helped me find the perfect day gift. I cannot say enough how Amazing this experience was & how great of service I received. I was like shopping with a friend.

I came because I broke my chain that morning, lucky they had the replacement on-hand but Michelle went above and beyond and made sure I brought all my jewelry to be cleaned and inspected, made sure I was accommodated when I walked in and offered seating and refreshments. She made the experience pretty enjoyable, and had me walking out the story happy as could be with a new chain on, everyone at this location is really nice. This is my third or forth time here, highly recommend this store hands down

I would recommend them to anyone who cares about their jewelry. Ms Kathy McCoy, is efficient, caring & professional, making suggestions for my benefit to insure 100 percent satisfaction. I was thrilled with my wedding ring, which needed rework due to an injury last year, and it looked as good as new. So thanks to Jared & Kathy for everything. Certainly worth the time and money spent.
