We were able to engage with them over the phone few days in advance and select which type that we need and were able to pay advance to lock in the price. Sijin, Farha, and Fariha, are so awesome they took care of us while we were at the shop. They will accompany you on your choices and make you feel comfortable about what you are saving for the future.

I wanted something custom and Bob listened to everything I wanted and made it perfectly, for both my wedding band and engagement ring. The wedding band he special ordered came in the very next day, and he sized it and had it ready for me that day as well. The customer service cannot be matched, this was the absolute best experience.
