I am impressed with the amount of communication and help I got when wanting to purchase this ring. I lost my engagement ring that I Loved so much when I Was at the lake with family and decided instead of buying the same ring to look and see if I like something a little bit more Due to snagging issues I had with the last ring. I am in love with my new ring. The pictures can’t even compare to in person and I feel like I got an amazing deal. Even though I live the state over, I am only getting my jewelry from now on from this business. I love the vintage and unique rings that they also have you cannot find in other retail store. I am not a diamond expert but I read the GIA report and saw video of the diamond and setting (separately) on instagram. I did not like the quality of the diamond in the setting and inquired if Twan could reset it with a similar sized, better quality diamond he had listed. Twan’s price quote was very reasonable. We didnt do the purchase thru ebay, but the items were listed on ebay. Within one hour after receiving the payment (wired from our bank), Alex reset the diamond and packed it to ship. I received it 24 hours later. Such fast and amazing service, at the busy time 2 weeks before xmas! I verified the gia # on the diamond myself and tested it with a diamond tester. Everything checks out! I’m very happy with my ring and now engaged!!
