1 /5 Shaunah Smith: Buyer beware. Expensive-ish jewelry for poor quality and worse customer service. Bought an anklet here for my first purchase and within a month it snapped in half. Not from excessive force like they claimed. I stood up and there it laid on the floor. Submitted a warranty claim knowing it said they had a 2 year one. Apparently a piece of jewelry breaking for no reason within a month isn’t covered. So a loss of 278$ later and they didn’t even offer a refund or replacement. Will never be buying from here again. Go somewhere else for that cost and hopefully better quality

5 /5 Marco Marone: My wifes boyfriend suggested I get her some Croissant Dôme Hoops for our 2-year anniversary. I hate the fact that hes the one recommending stuff she likes — after all Im the one who married her. But, I have to say his suggestion came in clutch; especially after my predicament at the Mejuri Vancouver store last Summer. This Chicago location is properly my favourite Mejuri store Ive seen so far. The venue is very spacious, and the staff was super friendly. Between me and you, the Chicago staff was chill AF compared to Vancouver. Overall, I ended up spending more than I expected on the gift because I love their stuff so much. Sadly, that cut into my date-night budget at Nobu, but my wife loved the gift.

5 /5 Melissa Flores: Went in to browse and walked out with impulse piercings. Their piercer, Brittany, is THE BEST. She was so calming and helped me come up with the cutest earring stack. I felt like I was in such good hands. Would totally recommend her and this location.

1 /5 Kristine Huynh: I bought a necklace from Mejuri, and after just two weeks of wearing it, a large portion of the gold plating had faded and turned white. There were even black marks — not random spots, but caused by friction between the two interlocking rings in the design. When I went to the store, the staff refused to help and kept repeating that vermeil naturally fades over time. Two weeks is “over time”? If that’s the case, why wouldn’t I just buy something cheap from a random street stall? What made things worse is that instead of solving the issue on the spot, they told us to contact online customer service, take photos, write a description, submit a request, and wait for approval — only then could we return to the store for a refund. We were right there, showing them the damage in person, and still had to go through this time-consuming process. After nearly an hour in the store, we finally got a credit refund. It was a complete waste of time and energy, and the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. If the fact that it’s vermeil is used to justify fading in just two weeks, then I seriously wouldn’t recommend buying it. It’s not worth the hassle.

5 /5 Allison Roe: I wish I could remember the name of the stylist who was helping me and my friend during a recent visit to the West Loop location. She was extremely patient and kind while helping me style an earring stack. She answered any and all questions and gave me honest feedback about how things looked (which I appreciate). I love my new pieces and am very pleased with my overall experience. Thank you!
