5 /5 Matthew Y.: Very friendly and helpful staff. However, I had issues using this store as an Amazon pick-up location. I was unable to pick up my package within the seven-day window, so UPS was supposed to pick it up and return it to Amazon. However, the package was marked as "Picked up by customer", so it is no longer listed as an available pick up. It is in a state of limbo as I try to figure out how to get a refund despite the fact that the package is still at the locker. The staff tried to help, but unfortunately this appears to be an issue with UPS or the Amazon system.

1 /5 Jim Bradshaw: Very overpriced items. Staff seems to know very little about the items they sell. When the issue of price was brought up, the staff was very rude and not helpful. Cannot recommend. Edit: I am in fact not a fake reviewer and I wasnt in your store within the last couple of days let alone last couple of hours. My review is based on my actual, genuine experience. I do not work for nor represent any competition or business in the area.

5 /5 HolophonicStudios: Awesome place. Its mostly a pawn shop with extremely reasonable prices, plenty of interesting items, and a knowledgeable owner. What set this place apart for me was the amount of car audio equipment available. Subwoofers and amplifiers of all types and sizes are sold here. I bought an entire subwoofer setup including all of the required wiring, an 800 watt amp, and a single 12 in box for $120. The owner even tested all of the equipment for me at the desk to prove that it all works. The next day, I decided that the sub I bought before wasnt hitting as hard as I wanted it to, so I took it back and got two subs in box with much higher wattage ratings for only $40 more, no hassle. The owner even gave me tips on how to install them for the best possible sound. Now the bass can shake my windows and mirrors if I want it to for a total cost of $160.
