Mike and Denetta Eager We bought my handmade wedding set from Dame and Hurdle 5 years ago. We were back in Quincy visiting family and stopped in to Udry Jewelry to get my ring cleaned. They noticed I had a small crack, one of the prongs needed some attention, and it needed a little resizing. We explained we were only in town a couple days. They put my ring at the top of the list, cleaned it, sized it and repaired it same day. Truly top notch customer service and superior jewelry. We will always come back.

Id never been to Udry before but have driven past it alot, they are affordable and their customer service was top notch. It only took about 2 weeks to get my ring back and they even cleaned it too so it actually look like a brand new ring! Will be returning here for future jewelry needs!

I have been looking for some unique Opal jewelry and found something I fell in love with. The whole process was smooth, from finding what I was looking for, to measuring and getting it adjusted to fit my finger. I could not be more delighted! I never felt rushed at any time and everyone is very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen and help you find what you are looking for, are helpful with suggestions, yet never any pressure. Lisa and the rest of the staff were professional, polite, and easy to work with. The store is beautiful, and the friendly puppy greeting customers at the door is awesome. Highly recommend.
