5 /5 Michael Roos: 5 Stars! Went to multiple jewelers across the city and ended up with Imperial Jewelers for our engagement ring. Sofia and Terry were both fantastic to work with. We were able to get a great GIA certified diamond with a custom band at a great price. I had a specific date in mind and Imperial worked to get us the ring in less than 2 weeks. We have gotten numerous compliments on the ring and couldnt be happier with the process!

Going in I didn’t really know what to look for the specifics of what a diamond is or what I should be looking for when purchasing a diamond. I feel that they really explained everything like “diamonds for dummies” and made everything so clear and I knew exactly what I was purchasing when customizing my ring. Sofia was so amazing during the experience and gave me so many options when I went in and looked a diamonds. We ended up customizing the perfect ring for my fiancé and we are absolutely in love with our purchase. Going forward I will only be shopping with imperial jewelry. Thank you Sofia and Terry!!!

For not knowing exactly what to get, she helped narrow the selection down and it was a stunning ring in the end that everyone has been impressed with. My fiancée and I went back for our wedding rings as well and are still more than satisfied with the rings they made for us. Would highly recommend!
