She was extremely patient and kind while helping me style an earring stack. She answered any and all questions and gave me honest feedback about how things looked (which I appreciate). Bella Vintaj was literally the first store we popped into. I was immediately taken with the BEAUTIFUL handcrafted jewellery pieces. Ive been looking for the right diffuser bracelet/ earrings/ necklace for awhile and I found it here! I was somewhat concerned about how the metals may react with my skin and not being local. The store clerk (also jewelry maker, as its a family business) reassured me a money back guarantee. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and super helpful. Stephanie Lotz Maddison and Chad were amazing. Maddison took the time to call another store to find the necklace a charm on it that I wanted and got the price for me. When I went there to go buy Chad the manager was there to help with a smile and told me the history of the store. From now on this is the only jewelry store I am going to and dealing with. 100% recommend this store. Springfield location but all are great though. Even then Peoria one; the original one I went to.
