Alex Diaz Bago Jewelry went above and beyond to help me with my problem! My wife had realized a small diamond had fallen off her ring and was devastated. Luckily she found it right away and we were panicking trying to find somewhere to repair it as we are not from here. We are so lucky to have heard about Bago Jewelry. The turn around was also super quick! He did the repair in about hour! Talking to Greg and his son Alex was also very nice! They made me feel reassured and said it would be a very simple fix. Terry Scott Newstar Jewelers did an excellent job modifying on my Rhodium plated Sterling silver pendant I that purchased online from another jeweler. Originally the loops on my pendant were too small to fit my necklace. Now it fits beautifully they even put the serial number from the tag onto the back of the pendant! I was originally quoted 10 days. They went above and beyond, all this done in about 5. Actually, I’m sure it was more like 4 days because as soon as they opened on the 5th day, I received a text saying the pendant was completed. Again, excellent job done and I’m extremely pleased with Newstar!
