1 /5 E D: Horrible, do not recommend. I left a pendant for re-sizing the bail as the chains clasp did not go through. Paid $200.00 and waited for 1 week. Please see the picture how the job was done. I had to replace the entire bail in the jewelry store in Vernon Hills as nothing else could be done, that costed me additional $400.00 for the new bail and work. Think twice...
In response to owners post: when I told the owner that the bail looked horrible (asymmetrical, skewed to the side with visible solder line) and asked what could be done, the owner just shrugged his shoulders.
The second picture is the bail done by Jered Jewelry in Vernon Hill, they completed the job on the same day, in the evening. Solid, sturdy, beautiful and worth the money.
Again, be aware...
