If they dont have what you need Bruce will go to his warehouses to find your items. Teresa has wonderful jewelry classes and just had her first video jewelry class. It was wonderful!!! I Loved IT. Customer service was great! Michelle was so friendly and informative about all the different vendors that are located there and the different items they sell.
