Emma Wohler This review is long overdue… I took my diamond in to have it set into a simple white gold setting. Bill was so helpful and kind. He took his time with me and all my crazy questions. I really like vintage jewelry and he told me to go to his lancing shop and was able to go through all his vintage setting. And boy did he have the vintage settings. I did end up going with a more modern simple settings. But Bill was so patient while I shorted through his vintage settings. I can’t say enough about this store and its workers. I believe the woman also work a little bits name was Jan, and again awesome lady and so nice. I would highly recommend doing business with Bill you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to Bill and his whole staff !!!!

I went in looking for a lab created diamond to be placed in an existing setting and Lee found me the perfect one at a very affordable price. Lee is very knowledgeable and honest in his recommendations. I will be sending my husband back next year for that 40th Anniversary ring. I’m one super, happy customer.

Sandy Carver Very friendly family owned jewelry store. They have something for anyones budget. Great store to have in our little town. Update - I always felt good about taking my jewelry here. But since the owner retired and his son took over. This place is an absolute joke. I took my wedding ring in to have an upgraded stone put in back in March. This was a gift from my husband to upgrade my ring. After multiple calls and our anniversary come up in August, it still wasnt ready (really 5 months later). So I went in demanding to see my ring. Was starting to feel like I was getting the run around. They did have it, but still not ready. I said I wanted it by August 28 (our anniversary). Assured me it would be ready. So the day came and went in, he said sorry blah blah I can have it for next week. I lost it! Next week my anniversary will be over. Its today, and youve had my ring 6 months. I stormed out. An hour later, he called me to say hed deliver it to me in an hour. 2 hours pass, and here he was. He did his best to hide my ring but charged me nothing. Rightfully so. Side diamonds were missing shotty soldering. I was devastated. Only plus my husband bought me a new ring since the original, which I loved so much, is now ruined. Will never be back.

Sherri Duckworth I love this jewelry store! It truly is the best around! I have purchased several pieces and have not been disappointed in anything I have purchased. Any sizing or cleaning or repairs are all done by Cody in house . Cody is very knowledgeable and does a fantastic job ! Hannah , Cody ‘s wife and Joanie sales associate are great assets to this home town store. Carmi is very lucky to have H. D. Beans Jewelry. They are all so willing to make your experience great. Also the custom design is a great asset that you can’t just find everywhere. Cody does a great job! You will not be disappointed!

David recreated several deeply meaningful pieces for my family after my mom passed, including a cigar ring that symbolized my dad’s original proposal. He showed incredible care, experimenting with enamel to get it just right, and the result is stunning. His craftsmanship and dedication turned our memories into heirlooms we’ll treasure forever. Brenda was an absolute gem—her warmth, professionalism, and deep product knowledge made the experience feel personal and effortless. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me with genuine care. Even the Manager stepped in to negotiate our deal. She was nice and very polite, the prices were slightly higher than market but they have a good collection.

morris girtz Kevin and Sheri are the most gracious and honest business owners. My son bought an engagement ring from them and they did an excellent job. They listened to what he wanted to spend and the size and shape. I would send anyone I know there. They are a hidden gem.
