I never put much more thought into it as I knew it would not happened for a while. Fast forward about 4 years, the moment happened. He had the ring custom made from what I told him years back and Pedro made my dream ring come to life and then some!!! Its more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Lauren Russo 5 stars is not enough stars for John and Adrianna (I think that is her name, so sorry I forgot :( ). However, they made my husband and I’s experience the best. We had difficulty with my engagement ring my husband purchased in 2019, and John was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Adrianna was amazing with helping us find a new ring, and walked us through Zale’s trade-in policy. We were able to walk away with a brand new ring, and wedding band along with a great warranty. Those two made our day, and we are super thankful for them!

Robert Apitz I stopped in around 2 months ago and Gabe was incredible. He took the time to assess my piece with honesty and fairness, to the point where he recommended I try selling on eBay or online to make more money than what he would offer. I reached out again because I hadn’t wrote down any of the details for the online posting, and without hesitation he told me to stop back in, and he would write down a title and description for the piece. ᗰคгรєlค ᗰ. My wedding ring was cracked on the inside of my hand and eventually a whole piece broke off. Id never been to Udry before but have driven past it alot, they are affordable and their customer service was top notch. It only took about 2 weeks to get my ring back and they even cleaned it too so it actually look like a brand new ring! Will be returning here for future jewelry needs!

Nick Kester My fiancé and I worked with Marissa and she was amazing throughout the whole experience. Marissa helped my fiancé customize her ring and also helped me create my own by using reference photos online and walking us through it with CAD photos. Will happily come back to Fey&Co and Marissa for future jewelry.
