My fiancé bought my engagement ring here and we noticed a diamond was missing a few weeks later. Since we had the protection plan they took the ring, got it fixed and returned to me as quickly as possible. They provide amazing service and arent pushy at all! We now buy all of our jewelry here!

Although I didnt make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today!
