They have made repairs in a timely fashion for watches, earrings and bracelets. I once brought in an silver earring that I had lost. It wasn’t expensive, just had sentimental value. Marcos made an exact copy of it and I was able to pass the pair on as a gift. On another occasion, Marcos fixed my 15era bracelet that kept getting snagged on my clothes by removing damaged links and smoothing them over. Also the flower section has nice in-season bouquets perfect for last minute gifts!
