Lisa Andrews It is always such a pleasure to visit this lovely and quaint jewelry store whenever I fly in from Los Angeles. Their customer service is impeccable. For example I had a ring that needed sizing and the owner rushed out to inquire what I needed but it was unfortunate she could not size it as she indicated that she was a month out in repairs. That’s indeed saying something as clearly she is in demand. Despite this she offered a temporary solution and placed a ring guard to keep it in place. I also appreciated the intentional conversation we had with the sales rep who was delightful as well. I ended up buying a beautiful set of silver bracelets that are fun “arm candy” There are a few other pieces I have my eye on and hope to pop back by before I return to LA. Straiths is a great option for high quality jewelry at a magnificent price point. Dr. L

When Daniel says he will create a masterpiece, he delivers — from vision and expertise to advice and timelines, he follows through every step of the way. He made my now-fiancée feel completely comfortable, earning her trust by listening to every detail and ensuring she was fully involved in the process. The pictures below show the ring that was redesigned from My Grandmas heirloom ring, with the main stone as the centerpiece. Thanks to Daniel, our engagement last September became a reality. Wes, the store manager helped us, and the service he gave us waa tentative, professional, and polite. We never once felt rushed, we got all of our questions answered in our needs met. Wonderful jewelry store in town!

Brandy Gomez My girls love these necklaces and bracelets. They are unique and stand out, they dont have friends that have any that match. The customs weve had made, we know that we are the only ones out there at this time with that design of necklace, as it was made to match outfits or what they like to do. Sarah did an amazing job and exceeded expectations with these customs we had. Turn around time is just as amazing. The Pens write smoothly and are totally amazing as well. We have a different necklace for each day. Thank you!!

Johnny Roeser Will and the other employees are a great A business. They are very welcoming and thoughtful. As for Will, I recently got my engagement ring at Rolland’s and I will recommend all of my friends here. Will took his time to sit down and talk to me about the differences and nuances of different rings. For instance, lab versus mined diamonds, cut, grade, color, etc. When I bought the ring, I was fully informed about what I bought and the payment options for it. The crew at Rolland’s are the best!
