Lauren Russo 5 stars is not enough stars for John and Adrianna (I think that is her name, so sorry I forgot :( ). However, they made my husband and I’s experience the best. We had difficulty with my engagement ring my husband purchased in 2019, and John was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Adrianna was amazing with helping us find a new ring, and walked us through Zale’s trade-in policy. We were able to walk away with a brand new ring, and wedding band along with a great warranty. Those two made our day, and we are super thankful for them!

Olivia Green I wish I could give Ethan Lord, specifically Erika, more than 5 stars! She made the entire process seamless. From my husband originally going in to pick out my engagement ring, all the way through creating our wedding bands together, she was incredible. Erika is truly the kindest human and immediately made us feel so comfortable, especially since neither of us knew much about rings. She’s funny, warm, and one of those people you feel like you’ve known for years. I get compliments on my ring everywhere I go, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her guidance and care. There are so many interesting and incredibly unique items that I promise you wont find anywhere else in the Illinois Valley. In fact, many things, you wont find anywhere else, period! You will especially love this place if you like spooky things. Its probably a good thing its not located on a street I often drive, because if I was frequently reminded of its existence, Id likely spend all of my money there!

Beautiful selection of sweaters for fall in the shop now. The owner Di was friendly and helpful and made our shopping experience experience delightful.
