Matt R Flora Gems is the definition of exceptional. Ive been working with Lisa to secure my first Rolex (126610LV) and shes been incredibly welcoming every time Ive visited. Weve talked for hours through multiple visits and each time Ive felt genuinely valued. Ive since purchased a ring for my wife for Mothers Day and, again, nothing short of an exceptional experience. I showed Lisa a picture of the ring, she 3D printed a model for my approval, submitted the order, and I received the ring exactly as expected. Chloe Rachel is truly one of the kindest, most genuine employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Kay’s. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is. Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store. Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.

Kary Martinez I couldn’t be happier with my custom-made ring from Dalzell Jewelers! I shared my vision, and they brought it to life perfectly. The rose-cut center stone sparkles brilliantly, and the addition of my kids’ birthstones makes it incredibly personal and meaningful. The sleek bezel setting is both secure and elegant. Kim guided me patiently through every step, making the entire process seamless. Truly a wonderful experience. I’m now a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

Psychedelic Jungle Nothing out of the ordinary, its a normal Spencers just like any other. Last time I went the employees seemed kind and easy to approach, one of them was even wearing an oversized wig with sunglasses and a fake beard, funny dude kinda looked like Jerry Garcia.

Lourdes Urzua I thought about getting permanent jewelry but I was hesitant about taking the plunge . I saw Carol’s page with the pieces of jewelry she has and I found some pieces I liked . So I entered a drawing she had and I was so happy I won . I love my piece and it is so me and worth it . Carol made sure I was happy with how tight/loose the bracelet is and I was going back and forth and I couldn’t decide and she was patient and kind while I decided how I wanted it to fit . The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner . I recommend this place . I am very happy with my bracelet .

Looked around a bit and was politely asked if I was Looking for anything special and I said I was just admiring their cute items. Found what I wanted for my friend and some thing I liked for myself.
