After visiting all the jewelers in the area, Bremer had the best selection by far—and the most welcoming atmosphere. Their customer service truly stood out from the rest. Dan helped us throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect ring set. He really listened to what I wanted and was so patient through multiple appointments. He took the time to show me similar styles and thoughtful alternatives so we could explore every option. He even encouraged me to come back in one last time—just to be 100% sure—knowing how indecisive I can be. That extra care meant so much. Her communication was top notch - would get right back to me, sometimes before I was even home from the store. I had an appraisal done, as well - great service!! All around - FANTASTIC! Katee Fletcher I visited this store while traveling when I stumbled across my matching band that I was wanting, but has been discontinued. Mindy and the the rest of the ladies were beyond wonderful in helping me return my recently purchased band and purchase the one I’d been searching for everywhere! They took such care in examining and cleaning my rings and made the process smooth and easy. They sent off the new ring to be resized and are sending it to my hometown Kay’s. When they initially received my resized ring back, I got a call verifying the size I wanted. They had remembered an issue with my previous band’s size and said they weren’t satisfied with accuracy of the size that came back. They apologized (through no fault of their own) and sent the ring back on a rush to get it appropriately sized. I’ve never experienced a store remembering my issue and then proactively correcting the (barely) quarter of an inch difference! I was so impressed! When I called to check in they even remembered me and my ring was already on the way to my store. The customer service I received has been above and beyond and I’m so appreciative of those wonderful ladies!

Elona Mason Recently got engaged, went into Kay Jewelers and worked with Whitney, to get an idea of what type of ring I wanted, and Whitney, saw my other rings and went right to one that would go perfectly with my current ring style! It was perfect! On the first go around! I fell in love with it! Looking online is different from the store, glad I went into the store instead! I am very pleased... Whitney was a great help! Some regulars came in while we shopped and the lady running the place was just as nice to us as she was to them. Jewelry, statues, crystals, tarot...this place had a bit of everything.
