Goodwin Racing Me and my other half came into the store a couple weeks ago with a ring that needed resized unfortunately was out of warranty but that didn’t stop Tammy from helping us out. She sent it off I didn’t owe anything in store day she sent it off and got it back earlier than expected. Got ring back and warranty back on it! Beyond happy with the service and outcome thank you Tammy!

I asked around before choosing a jewelers, because its risky to hand an expensive piece over to strangers. Everyone I spoke to recommended Oak Park Jewelers. Today I brought the ring in and was instantly reassured by Ella and Sammi. They asked the right questions, listened to me reminisce a bit, and called me back within 2 hours as promised. I got a reasonable estimate for replacing the missing stone, as well as retipping the prongs that needed retipping. (Not all of them need it.) I appreciated everything about the honest and genuine service I received today. I look forward to wearing my favorite piece of jewelry again within the next 7-10 days. Im sure the stone with be carefully chosen to match the other six, and all the diamonds will be safely and beautifully mounted. Thank you, ladies, for your assistance! Update: My ring is gorgeous.
