I had some jewelry that needed repairs including changing out posts on some earrings so that I could comfortably wear them. Alyssa was very knowledgeable, and just so friendly and comfortable to work with. All of the team members I encountered were so nice. My jewelry came out perfectly in the time promised. I highly recommend Georgetown Jewelers!

I had never been to Georgetown Jewelers, but they were rated highly online and a friend had gone there and was happy with her experience, so I decided to give them a try. I made the right decision. Sasha greeted me when I walked in the door, and she was very friendly and helpful. I asked if my rings could be ready in a week as I am leaving on a trip, and they had them ready even sooner than I hoped. I picked them up today and they are stunning. My set is 28 years old and looks brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and the quality of the work. Georgetown Jewelers will definitely be my “go-to” moving forward.

Liz took the time to really listen to what I wanted. She walked me through every step of the design process, offering expert guidance while also respecting my vision.
