Brittany Boehm I cannot say enough great things about Gale Diamonds Chicago and my experience working with them! Mike designed both my engagement ring and wedding band, and his attention to detail and craftsmanship are truly exceptional. A few years after wearing my ring, I accidentally hit it against my work desk, causing the diamond to pop out. Mike not only reassured me that he could fix it but also went above and beyond by redesigning a more secure bar setting—while still maintaining the minimalist aesthetic I loved. His expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction are unmatched, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Nicolas Waldron Staff: this is the first time I had been here. The lady behind the counter was super nice, and knowledgeable. Very kid friendly. They even have a sitting area for the people drug their by their significant others. Building: the building is spacious. Plenty of area to move around. Bathrooms were clean. Products: products were good quality. A little more pricey than other local places. This shouldn’t discourage you though. This place is fun and should be visited by anyone into Chrystal’s, gems, healing, herbs, and other spiritual life style items. Parking: parking is kind of tight, but there are enough to go around. Star rating: 5 because of the quality of the items for sale, and the friendly staff. They need had fruit snacks for the kid. I have no problem coming back here every chance I get. Note: Jack is friendly and usually hangs out where you can pet him! Swing through, buy some sage or just stop to love on Jack. If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up and give me a follow.

Allison Roe I wish I could remember the name of the stylist who was helping me and my friend during a recent visit to the West Loop location. She was extremely patient and kind while helping me style an earring stack. She answered any and all questions and gave me honest feedback about how things looked (which I appreciate). Travis Williams I stopped in on a random Wednesday afternoon to get my bracelet re-sized. They knocked it out in 10 minutes and didn’t charge for it. Awesome customer service. I will use these guys in the future.

Bj reames On a day trip with our family to Galena, my fiance asked me what I was going to be shopping for once there. I said, "nothing in particular, but I would know it when I saw it ". Bella Vintaj was literally the first store we popped into. I was immediately taken with the BEAUTIFUL handcrafted jewellery pieces. Ive been looking for the right diffuser bracelet/ earrings/ necklace for awhile and I found it here! I was somewhat concerned about how the metals may react with my skin and not being local. The store clerk (also jewelry maker, as its a family business) reassured me a money back guarantee. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and super helpful. Im one that likes to shop around BEFORE I buy, but I had no problem splurging on myself at this beautiful quaint little store. Ill be back many times Im sure.
