They were so patient, answered all my questions. Stephen was the one who sold us the ring and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. To my surprise, I ended up finding the perfect emerald cut diamond first time walking into the store. We ordered the band and I just received it a few days ago it’s even better than I could’ve imagined! Stephen really listened to my concerns about the fit, and it ended up fitting perfectly. I had called the store a few times with any random questions I had that I forgot or did not think to ask prior and Irv answered them all! The entire experience was so much smoother than I expected. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them! We are hoping to come back soon to pick out my wedding band !
