Kathy I am so glad I decide to check out Jewelry Service Center. They do beautiful work. I have been trying to find a place to repair a chain that had great sentimental value. It was repaired beautifully. I then had them Rhodium plate our 50 year old wedding bands and my engagement ring. They look like the day we bought them. Then on top of all that I accidentally dropped a 14k gold chain in the store. The lady who took care of me called to tell me she found it! That tells me how honest and kind she is. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. I wish I would have asked her name. I highly recommend JEWELRY SERVICE CENTER! They are family owned. Which for me implies pride in their work.

Lauren Russo 5 stars is not enough stars for John and Adrianna (I think that is her name, so sorry I forgot :( ). However, they made my husband and I’s experience the best. We had difficulty with my engagement ring my husband purchased in 2019, and John was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Adrianna was amazing with helping us find a new ring, and walked us through Zale’s trade-in policy. We were able to walk away with a brand new ring, and wedding band along with a great warranty. Those two made our day, and we are super thankful for them!

After months of searching for the perfect Rolex, she found exactly what I was looking for and the pick up process was wonderful from the champagne to the hands on walk through of how to set the date and time. Dave and this establishment are pillars of Joliet’s community. Without his store front on Jefferson Street? I swear to God, I would think the world is ending. The quality of his jewelry knows no end! I have seen rare volcanic diamonds that could only be obtained by crossing the world over. Dave Nelson is one of those people that you rarely, if ever, come across in a lifetime. If you have jewelry that you need him to validate? He is always the first one to be generous enough to do it, even if there’s nothing to validate in an endless pile. No one else does this, trust me, I have tried. When my mother passed from breast cancer? I had so much questionable jewelry and there was no one or where to go that would check it all, except Dave. He was there for me, professionally, and always has been. Dave is exceptionally generous. His son is also one of my very best friends. If I could cover all of the times that Dave was there for me as child? I would. How many times he put dinner on the table for me while I had none? How many times he stuck up for me to bullies? How many times he had pig roasts and invited the entire community? I could go on, forever. This place? These people? They defy quality and kindness. They show you the very definition of ‘Class’.
