Chloe Rachel is truly one of the kindest, most genuine employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Kay’s. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is. Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store. Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.

Darlene Dodge This place was recommended to me by a friend. I brought in my wedding ring as it had lost a Diamond. In addition to that most of the prongs had worn down. I just picked it up today and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Not only did they do a terrific job replacing the diamond and fixing the prongs. They cleaned it, buffing out all the years of scratches. It’s like it’s brand new and it’s 21 years old.These days it’s not easy to find somebody you trust, Especially with diamonds. You definitely want to find a place that does the work in house. Don’t go to a place that sends it out. Went to TC jewelry in Vernon Hills Illinois. They are definitely somebody you can trust!!!

Jessica Bowser Marina at the Highland Park location is fantastic! After months of searching for the perfect Rolex, she found exactly what I was looking for and the pick up process was wonderful from the champagne to the hands on walk through of how to set the date and time. So before you sell your gold, silver, platinum or coin collections or your family treasures, make sure you stop at McLean County Exchange first to get the most money for your items. This is a great shop they have one of most extensive jewelry inventories of anywhere in the Twin Cities, and are never afraid to dicker on price. And they buy old gold & scrap gold and silver as well. Parking is nice and the store is very clean, their hours are Monday thru Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm and on Saturday they are open from 9.00am to 5:00pm,

The hand painted arrowheads and her jewelry items are my favorites. I also love her candles! Everything is high quality, hand made and reasonably priced. Kelly squeezed us in for two permanent bracelets even though we called the day of and on the same day as the opening day of her new location! She was lovely and knowledgeable on the permanent jewelry process. The store also had a variety of other items outside of permanent jewelry - we ended up purchasing quite a few things!
