Wild Cat Very clean, bright and cheery facility. All the staff were pleasant and professional. The manager, Fran was obviously the driving force behind the positive vibe of the store. She was knowledgeable, helpful, patient when needed, fast acting when necessary and extremely customer service focused! I highly recommend THIS Zales and the exceptional team of jewelry experts led by Fran.

Had my friends and I not been hungry, we would have spent even more time in the store! Matt R Flora Gems is the definition of exceptional. Ive been working with Lisa to secure my first Rolex (126610LV) and shes been incredibly welcoming every time Ive visited. Weve talked for hours through multiple visits and each time Ive felt genuinely valued. Ive since purchased a ring for my wife for Mothers Day and, again, nothing short of an exceptional experience. I showed Lisa a picture of the ring, she 3D printed a model for my approval, submitted the order, and I received the ring exactly as expected. Tanya Orndorff I was looking for a jeweler close to home because my watches needed to get new betteries, and one needed a small repair. I also had some jewelery that I no longer wanted, and thought I would bring it in with me when I dropped off my watches to see if they were interested in them. Susan, the owner, was there and helped me right away. What she didnt know is that I had thought about selling my rings before, and other jewelers had looked at the wedding set. Spencers did make me a better offer, and I was happy to let them go and put that money to good use. I also cant wait to go back and shop around. I wear a lot of business casual attire, and sometimes a nice piece of jewelery makes you look a little more put together. They have jewelery in my budget, and some pretty little things that I cant wait to add to my birthday/anniversary/xmas lists! Also want to note they have a very friendly staff :) 5 stars, 6 flags, 2 thumbs up!

Will Geiselhart I cannot speak highly enough of Bachrach Jewelers’ craftsmanship. I was introduced to Bachrach Jewelers by my father—when I was getting engaged, he told me Mark’s father had created my mother’s engagement and wedding rings and I reached out to Mark thinking the story couldn’t be better. Mark and his apprentice Elijah guided me through the process of selecting both the style of the ring and the stone—they do a tremendous job of making the jewelry-buying process accessible and comfortable. Mark always has a good story to share and his craftsmanship is unmatched. Mark created the most-complimented and gorgeous engagement ring I have ever seen and I have recommended their office to many of my friends. I have already returned to their shop for wedding bands and plan to do so again for custom jewelry down the road. It’s been a pleasure working with you, Mark and Eli!

Goodwin Racing Me and my other half came into the store a couple weeks ago with a ring that needed resized unfortunately was out of warranty but that didn’t stop Tammy from helping us out. She sent it off I didn’t owe anything in store day she sent it off and got it back earlier than expected. Got ring back and warranty back on it! Beyond happy with the service and outcome thank you Tammy!
