The customs weve had made, we know that we are the only ones out there at this time with that design of necklace, as it was made to match outfits or what they like to do. Sarah did an amazing job and exceeded expectations with these customs we had. Turn around time is just as amazing. The Pens write smoothly and are totally amazing as well. Jacquelyn Agostinelli My fiancé and I went to Allura Jewelers just to browse, not really expecting to find anything. I’m a super anxious person, but Stephen and Irv were absolutely amazing. They were so patient, answered all my questions. Stephen was the one who sold us the ring and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. To my surprise, I ended up finding the perfect emerald cut diamond first time walking into the store. We ordered the band and I just received it a few days ago it’s even better than I could’ve imagined! Stephen really listened to my concerns about the fit, and it ended up fitting perfectly. I had called the store a few times with any random questions I had that I forgot or did not think to ask prior and Irv answered them all! The entire experience was so much smoother than I expected. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them! We are hoping to come back soon to pick out my wedding band !

Leora Dowling I recently lost one of the smaller stones from my engagement ring. Although Im a widow, the ring means so much to me. I asked around before choosing a jewelers, because its risky to hand an expensive piece over to strangers. Everyone I spoke to recommended Oak Park Jewelers. Today I brought the ring in and was instantly reassured by Ella and Sammi. They asked the right questions, listened to me reminisce a bit, and called me back within 2 hours as promised. I got a reasonable estimate for replacing the missing stone, as well as retipping the prongs that needed retipping. (Not all of them need it.) I appreciated everything about the honest and genuine service I received today. I look forward to wearing my favorite piece of jewelry again within the next 7-10 days. Im sure the stone with be carefully chosen to match the other six, and all the diamonds will be safely and beautifully mounted. Thank you, ladies, for your assistance! Update: My ring is gorgeous. I cant tell which stone was replaced!

Tanya Orndorff I was looking for a jeweler close to home because my watches needed to get new betteries, and one needed a small repair. I also had some jewelery that I no longer wanted, and thought I would bring it in with me when I dropped off my watches to see if they were interested in them. Susan, the owner, was there and helped me right away. What she didnt know is that I had thought about selling my rings before, and other jewelers had looked at the wedding set. Spencers did make me a better offer, and I was happy to let them go and put that money to good use. I also cant wait to go back and shop around. I wear a lot of business casual attire, and sometimes a nice piece of jewelery makes you look a little more put together. They have jewelery in my budget, and some pretty little things that I cant wait to add to my birthday/anniversary/xmas lists! Also want to note they have a very friendly staff :) 5 stars, 6 flags, 2 thumbs up!
