1 /5 Mama: They were truly wonderful when they first opened, but unfortunately, our recent experiences have been very different. We’ve always supported them—we fix our gold, buy our gold, and sell our gold there. Sadly, during our last visit, one of the employees disrespected my mother and even told her that if she didn’t like the way they spoke, she shouldn’t fix her gold there. That is unacceptable.
