5 /5 Michele Klein: We’ve had many wonderful experiences at Kay Jewelry. The employees are the best. When we walk in our go to sales lady, Mindy always asks if my jewelry needs clean and then she always knows what we are looking for, she knows my style. When she was on vacation Hayee stepped in and helped us pick our birthday gifts to each other. Pictured are my two favorite rings. Thank you for always making our trip to Kay Jewelry memorable.

5 /5 Jorge Vasquez: From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. As soon as we walked into the store, Melissa D greeted us warmly and kindly. She went above and beyond to connect us with the diamond distributor when we couldnt find exactly what we were looking for. We came back the next day to meet the distributor in person, and although he didn’t have what we wanted at the time, our journey continued from Illinois (visiting family) to Colorado (home), where we reconnected with him—and he made sure to have what we needed by then. Thank you, Melissa and team, for the attention, care, and dedication. This review is a few months late, but we wanted to make sure you know how much we appreciate everything. We’re very happy with both the product and the service!

5 /5 Jody McDaniels: Went to get my wife’s jewelry cleaned and had to get her wedding ring fixed. Mindy took great care of us. Ended up buying a new wedding band for myself. Both rings came back quickly. Thank you Mindy for everything! Will definitely be seeing her again.
