1 /5 Julia Massingill: Took my ring in for an appraisal back in June. Just got it back October 3rd. First when I dropped it off there was a sign in the door that said they wouldnt be opening until noon. Then after waiting around town for them to open he said they would be going on vacation for a week. ( which I knew they just got back from a week long vacation from another sign in the window) But thought okay. After waiting a month I called. Told me his system went down and itll be done this week. A couple weeks later I called again no answer. Finally after another month I stopped in because I was tired of waiting for it to be done. He told me its been finished but he thought he had called me. Tried to say it was my fault that I didnt give him my number which I had several times. Im just glad he didnt have my ring for the whole time. The gentlemen was very nice and so was his dog he has in the store, just not very well organized and efficient.

2 /5 Sancho Clawz: As soon as I walked in the door with my clock for him to fix he said no not doing it. Then I asked him why? And he said because its too expensive. I said you own a jewelry store you work on clocks and sell clocks he says Im not Im not going to even attempt to fix that clock so I told him okay Im done doing business here
