Matt R Flora Gems is the definition of exceptional. Ive been working with Lisa to secure my first Rolex (126610LV) and shes been incredibly welcoming every time Ive visited. Weve talked for hours through multiple visits and each time Ive felt genuinely valued. Ive since purchased a ring for my wife for Mothers Day and, again, nothing short of an exceptional experience. I showed Lisa a picture of the ring, she 3D printed a model for my approval, submitted the order, and I received the ring exactly as expected. Thank you Lisa and Flora Gems for such an amazing experience! Special thanks to Tyler, as well, for being exceptionally welcoming every time I visit. Looking forward to future visits and hopefully "the call!"

Reed Sanders Kevin Kelly Jewelers is by far the best jewelry store in the area. Service there is excellent, with the quality and price on their jewelry are unmatched. I got our engagement ring and wedding bands from there and the experience is a 12/10. Would absolutely recommend and anyone going anywhere else is just doing themselves a disservice but not stopping in to check them out!

HolophonicStudios Awesome place. Its mostly a pawn shop with extremely reasonable prices, plenty of interesting items, and a knowledgeable owner. What set this place apart for me was the amount of car audio equipment available. Subwoofers and amplifiers of all types and sizes are sold here. I bought an entire subwoofer setup including all of the required wiring, an 800 watt amp, and a single 12 in box for $120. The owner even tested all of the equipment for me at the desk to prove that it all works. The next day, I decided that the sub I bought before wasnt hitting as hard as I wanted it to, so I took it back and got two subs in box with much higher wattage ratings for only $40 more, no hassle. The owner even gave me tips on how to install them for the best possible sound. Now the bass can shake my windows and mirrors if I want it to for a total cost of $160.

Amanda Gardiner Walked in expecting to drop off my watch for a repair. The guy at the desk replaced the battery and realigned the watch face in 5 minutes. Price was extremely fair. Fantastic service, and we’ll be coming back in the future

Raksheen I had a such a lovely experience finding this jewelry store in Chicago. This is a historic shop, and I believe is one of the first jewelry stores in Chicago! The owner, Craig, was such a pleasure to talk to. His grand started this store in the 1899. He is one of the rare jewelers that spends time talking to you about your needs and helps you find a piece that fits your budget and interests. He has so many unique pieces, and even more in the back. For someone who was visiting and had a very low budget (for real jewelry), he was able to provide me with so many options. He also gave me so much knowledge. I love looking at jewelry, and there is so much vintage designer jewelry as well. The prices here are pretty good!
