No “Hayhay10040” This store isn’t my favorite for service. The last few times I’ve been there they claim they can’t clean my jewelry due to high traffic in the store but no one has been in there besides maybe one person. Little disappointing. In addition staff has a bit of an attitude unless they think you are actually buying something

Alyssa One of the BEST jewelers around! John, the owner, is self employed and the one and only person I trust with my fine jewelry. He’s been in business for many many years and I will never take my jewelry or watches to anyone else. He is only there a few days a week, so sometimes it can take awhile to get things back because he is the only one working there. But I promise it is worth the wait. He does have some inventory in the store but not a whole lot, so don’t expect to be totally wowed by that when you walk in (he does mostly watch work and jewelry repairs). But some of the inventory he does have is very nice and reasonably priced! On top of that, he’s just an all around great guy! So give him a try and support a small business owner, you won’t regret it!

So before you sell your gold, silver, platinum or coin collections or your family treasures, make sure you stop at McLean County Exchange first to get the most money for your items. This is a great shop they have one of most extensive jewelry inventories of anywhere in the Twin Cities, and are never afraid to dicker on price. And they buy old gold & scrap gold and silver as well. Parking is nice and the store is very clean, their hours are Monday thru Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm and on Saturday they are open from 9.00am to 5:00pm,
