Kris Wrenn I recently had 2 rings designed and made at D & D Jewelers. They are both beyond beautiful surpassing my wildest dreams. The entire process was handled professionally with ease and care. I cant wait to bring them another project!

No “Hayhay10040” This store isn’t my favorite for service. The last few times I’ve been there they claim they can’t clean my jewelry due to high traffic in the store but no one has been in there besides maybe one person. Little disappointing. In addition staff has a bit of an attitude unless they think you are actually buying something

June Pysto A wonderful full-service family run jewelry store. Mrs. Fortner is so nice. Ive been so happy with my ring re-sizings. They come back beautifully cleaned and polished, as well.

Not only do they have beautiful traditional and unique jewelry for any occasion (including treating yourself), but they also do high quality repairs. Ive bought at other jewelers before but Ive never been so educated on the quality, care and upkeep of pieces. I highly recommend!

Bill Techau Christopher listened attentively to my partner and me, set his creative mind working, and created two beautiful rings. He spoke honestly about the price and did not push us into anything we did not want. He provided expert guidance and advice without being overbearing. He is a helluva a good conversationalist! And his wife Lois is kind, knowledgeable, and good at maths. What a beautiful partnership!

Chloe Rachel is truly one of the kindest, most genuine employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Kay’s. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is. Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store. Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.

yvonne Picked out a ring today and Ashley helped me.She is so sweet and took the time to explain everything and she made sure i was happy with my choice. she is super friendly and her personality is everything. we will be coming back just for her!

Nikki Burk We went to Nature Haven today because my kids have a new love for different types of rocks. The owner was SO helpful and SO informative. He was incredibly sweet with my boys and answered any questions they had. I also feel their prices are incredibly fair. We had a blast! Thank you!!
