1 /5 Karen Stapleton: Very disappointed with this jeweler and their support regarding a diamond ring that I purchased through eBay. Full disclosure I purchased the ring and had no issues for 1 years. Unfortunately the ring broke having had very light use. The central main diamond casing which which was set in a separate cushioned setting broke away. Basically in my opinion a structural failure. After contacting the jeweler seeking help, I was asked to provide photos which I did, then surprisingly NOTHING. No response. I tried numerous times to contact the seller but they chose to ignore my communication.

He and his wife Tracy and team are some of the kindest and most knowledgeable people in this trade and as a professional jeweler myself, I can tell you they are the real deal -- some of the most ethical, generous and kindest people who are always willing to share knowledge and go out of their way to help others and as a customer, you will be taken care of with many years of experience by an actual skilled artisan. They offer a wide variety of luxury designer timepieces, and pre-loved but professionally restored designer jewelry, they also do great custom work, and are a full service jewelery store (something that is not so common these days as older generations retire and a lot of the work is outsourced offsite). TLDR: Great value, truly exceptional and highly vetted and curated pieces, cant beat the prices for the quality and experience you are getting --- they are very straight to the point, honest, experienced, and if you are looking for a heirloom or fine quality piece for a great price, look no further!

From the start, I was amazed at the level of professionalism and attention to detail. After leaving Chicago, I continued purchasing pieces from Tracy over the years, and couldn’t be happier with the level of service, communication, and value. Finding a jeweler you can trust isn’t easy, especially when it involves wiring large sums of money. Tracy has exceeded my expectations, and all pieces have been shipped with next day / 2 day signature delivery. Wabash has been 100% trust worthy 100% of the time. Highly recommended!!
