5 /5 Maria Castaneda: The owners John and Sonia are one of kind at customer service. John is the actual jewelry designer and maker. His work is remarkable, impeccable and flawless, truly a work of art. To me John accomplishes this with the beautiful input of his wife. Sonia, when it comes to lady jewelry, (I would dare to say men’s as well), she adds that magical touch. In the multiple visits I made, during the process, I wouldn’t have accomplished, what I had in my heart without Sonia’s advice. My rings’ design, exceed my expectations!! I gave John an estimate where I was willing to spend. The word shock, came short, when he told me the final cost. the quality diamond, my ring entailed so much detailed work, I couldn’t believe it. Their punctuality to deliver it and most importantly, their honesty, to me is unmatched. Thank you John and Sonia, I am beyond pleased doing business and meeting you both.

They are respectful, trustworthy, honest and friendly and they go out there way to help not only me ,but everyone. They do have our best interests to meet all our needs. I recommend them to all!!!

5 /5 Susan Hoffmann: J&M is the best. Jim has been at this business for over 50 years. He now works with his son John and daughter in law, Sonja. I had several items that needed to be resized and/or repaired. The service was quick and fairly priced. The workmanship was excellent as well. It is hard to know who to trust in this business. Believe me, J&M is trustworthy, honest and very good at their craft. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
