Allison Roe I wish I could remember the name of the stylist who was helping me and my friend during a recent visit to the West Loop location. She was extremely patient and kind while helping me style an earring stack. She answered any and all questions and gave me honest feedback about how things looked (which I appreciate). I love my new pieces and am very pleased with my overall experience. Thank you!

Sharon Kelley I received my jewelry and it is beautiful. The colors are bright and just what we expected. The order was received within the 6 week time frame we were given. Leslie went out of her way to make the experience and the jewelry truly special for our family.

No “Hayhay10040” This store isn’t my favorite for service. The last few times I’ve been there they claim they can’t clean my jewelry due to high traffic in the store but no one has been in there besides maybe one person. Little disappointing. In addition staff has a bit of an attitude unless they think you are actually buying something

Pull up to front door in diagonal parking was a treat to view amazing store front jewelry display. Staff were the same, who sold me wedding ring 55 years ago.
