5 /5 Shelby Lynn: I had a great experience shopping at Gorjana for the first time. Megan helped me out and she was a delight to work with. Had my friends and I not been hungry, we would have spent even more time in the store! I appreciated Megans patience with me, not pressuring me, but answering all my questions, and letting me look around as much as I needed. I would highly recommend checking out this store.

5 /5 Donna Crocker: I’ve followed this brand on social media for a while but despite living down the street, never stopped to shop. On a beautiful summer day, I decided to make a morning of it, grab a coffee and check it out. The store is bright and minimalistic which allows for a slow browsing experience. The sales staff was friendly but was happy to let me browse at my own speed. Once I had gathered my bearings, they were patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I decided on 2 simple gold bands that were texturally different but complimented each other perfectly. I wish I had the name of the young woman who helped me because she was perfection in her presence and technique and I appreciated it. Because of her, I will wear my beautiful rings with pride and return for future jewelry purchases.

1 /5 Michelle Mac: Brought an item in that broke only two weeks after purchasing, and despite five employees working behind the counter, nobody could come up with a timely solution. While the space might be pretty, the customer service at this location left much to be desired. Ended up going to a neighborhood jewelry store to have the faulty item repaired at our own cost. Disappointed at best.

I’m so appreciative of the help they provided me with some of my older Gorjana jewelry, as well as new pieces they helped me pick out for the summer. The ladies were beyond friendly, didn’t mind me trying on a ton of necklaces until I found the right ones, and made me feel so welcome in the store. I can’t say enough about this team and this store, and I look forward to going back and shopping in the very near future!

5 /5 AG: I am so appreciative of the customer service I receive every time I walk into the store. All of the women are incredibly kind, helpful, and eager to assist me with whatever I need. I also appreciate the text receipts and how easy it is to respond if you have questions about new product or what is in stock. I leave as a happy customer every time! Huge, huge props to that team.
