I am impressed with the amount of communication and help I got when wanting to purchase this ring. I lost my engagement ring that I Loved so much when I Was at the lake with family and decided instead of buying the same ring to look and see if I like something a little bit more Due to snagging issues I had with the last ring. I am in love with my new ring. The pictures can’t even compare to in person and I feel like I got an amazing deal. Even though I live the state over, I am only getting my jewelry from now on from this business. I love the vintage and unique rings that they also have you cannot find in other retail store. Their customer service is beyond incredible. A family run store that truly knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. My design choice was different from your typical ring, and I was worried that no one would be able to bring it to life. After my engagement ring came out perfectly, I had my custom wedding bands made here as well. Serkis is one of the most amazing artists around. I still can’t comprehend how he brought everything I wanted and more into this piece so perfectly. It took a little while to nail out exactly what I wanted, but they were so patient with me and so attentive and worked so diligently. I truly cannot recommend them enough.

Brenda was an absolute gem—her warmth, professionalism, and deep product knowledge made the experience feel personal and effortless. She was nice and very polite, the prices were slightly higher than market but they have a good collection.

If they dont have what you need Bruce will go to his warehouses to find your items. Teresa has wonderful jewelry classes and just had her first video jewelry class. It was wonderful!!! I Loved IT.
