Zales - Champaign (IL)

1 /5 josh m: This place should be closed down. Got a 2500 dollar wedding set for my wife. Get the ring in the mail. After not even owning this ring for 2 months, a stone fell out. So we take it to Zales because the first warranty is covered (or so we were told). Fast forward to SIX WEEKS LATER and the ring is ready for pickup. Now they are trying to charge us 1900 dollars for a repair that was THEIR FAULT. They are the ones who shipped the ring to US in the first place! After a lot of complaining we got "helped" and they took the total amount to 78 dollars. I should have to pay nothing. Then to top it off, the associate who was there when we dropped the ring off "no longer works there". Avoid this store. You have been warned.

She was very personable, professional, and succint, showed me options for my partners preferences across the spectrum of pricing, and helped me figure out sizing. She was incredibly courteous and did not waste my time. I would highly reccomend this location, especially if she is working
