We were fortunate to not only work with the best of the best, but we discovered in Trisha a person who has the highest integrity and an even bigger heart! I, James, have been a customer of Costello Jewelers going back 1998 and now a customer with Katherine for the last eight years as a couple. I want to give a special shout out to Jose who has been at Costello as long as I’ve shopped there. I see that gifted artisan working with amazing skill and artistry every single time I’ve been to Costello. He is one of the main individuals who helps to create and refine the jewelry that the Costello customers have come to know and love. Where would an exceptional jeweler be without an extraordinary artist like Jose? We are so grateful to the Costello family for their fine locations and even finer business and hospitality. We always appreciate their family and spiritual values and always love the meaningful mailers we receive, especially at Christmas time!

morris girtz Kevin and Sheri are the most gracious and honest business owners. My son bought an engagement ring from them and they did an excellent job. They listened to what he wanted to spend and the size and shape. I would send anyone I know there. They are a hidden gem.

Not only did they guide me through the options with great care, but they also took the time to remove the links from my old watch so it fit perfectly. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate their help and would highly recommend visiting them if you’re in the market for a watch!

Michelle Nicholson I had a great experience with this Kay Jewelers. I went to have a ring cleaning and was informed of a sale starting the next day. I was interested in resizing my original engagement ring. I came the next day and Sam helped me out. I landed up buying a new engagement ring and turned my old diamond into a pendent. Everyone was professional, helpful and answered all my questions. Both the ring and the pendent only took a week to get back. Very happy with my purchase! Thanks to all that helped me out.
