Bella Vintaj was literally the first store we popped into. I was immediately taken with the BEAUTIFUL handcrafted jewellery pieces. Ive been looking for the right diffuser bracelet/ earrings/ necklace for awhile and I found it here! I was somewhat concerned about how the metals may react with my skin and not being local. Becky Hutmacher I had a wonderful experience at Andersons yesterday. The owner took time to help me with a broken piece of jewelry and explained to me how to properly care for my crucifix necklace Ive had for over 25 years. He also looked over another piece of jewelry I wasnt sure about and he told me that everything looked good with it. What impressed me the most was how patient and kind he was to my daughter. She is 11 years old and full of questions. He taught her a lot about jewelry in the short time we were there. Did I mention how shiny and pretty everything looks when you walk into their store? Great place! I highly recommend you check it out when youre in downtown Effingham enjoying the small town Christmas atmosphere!

Wild Cat Very clean, bright and cheery facility. All the staff were pleasant and professional. The manager, Fran was obviously the driving force behind the positive vibe of the store. She was knowledgeable, helpful, patient when needed, fast acting when necessary and extremely customer service focused! I highly recommend THIS Zales and the exceptional team of jewelry experts led by Fran.
