Even after we settled on all the particulars, Kendall sourced another center diamond that she felt complemented the ring better to fit what I envisioned. She went above and beyond! We have known them for over 15 years now - they got to know my wife and I and have recommended several gifts to me that my wife has loved. I met them looking for an engagement ring - They took the time to explain different options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. As we narrowed down the style, cut, clarity, etc. they found multiple options and designed a fantastic ring. Highly recommend Donna and her family.

Stephanie Lotz Maddison and Chad were amazing. Maddison took the time to call another store to find the necklace a charm on it that I wanted and got the price for me. When I went there to go buy Chad the manager was there to help with a smile and told me the history of the store. From now on this is the only jewelry store I am going to and dealing with. 100% recommend this store. Springfield location but all are great though. Even then Peoria one; the original one I went to.

Crystal Serpico When I knew I wanted a custom engagement ring I googled local jewelers. After reading reviews from local places, I landed on MCJ Jewelers. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Their customer service is beyond incredible. A family run store that truly knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. My design choice was different from your typical ring, and I was worried that no one would be able to bring it to life. After my engagement ring came out perfectly, I had my custom wedding bands made here as well. Serkis is one of the most amazing artists around. I still can’t comprehend how he brought everything I wanted and more into this piece so perfectly. It took a little while to nail out exactly what I wanted, but they were so patient with me and so attentive and worked so diligently. I truly cannot recommend them enough.

Kylee Whitehurst My fiance and I had an AMAZING experience with Bob and the ladies in the store. I wanted something custom and Bob listened to everything I wanted and made it perfectly, for both my wedding band and engagement ring. The wedding band he special ordered came in the very next day, and he sized it and had it ready for me that day as well. The customer service cannot be matched, this was the absolute best experience. Also, with the quality of the jewelry, lower prices, and the customer service, plus it being a local jeweler... no one should be buying jewelry online. They are top notch. I cannot say enough good things.
