I’ve been doing business with them for probably about 15 years both buying, and selling. they have an attractive selection of new and estate jewelry, and I trust their owners to accurately assess the quality of diamonds and other gemstones. The owners and staff maintain a professional, yet friendly relationship with their customers, and I feel very comfortable dealing with them.

S B Fantastic customer service from the initial greeting to the final sale. I had some jewelry that needed repairs including changing out posts on some earrings so that I could comfortably wear them. Alyssa was very knowledgeable, and just so friendly and comfortable to work with. All of the team members I encountered were so nice. My jewelry came out perfectly in the time promised. Diann Gorski What a great little reasonably priced gift store! I stopped in for my first time last week. What a fun little shop with so much variety of gifts and other items for your home. Customer service was great! Michelle was so friendly and informative about all the different vendors that are located there and the different items they sell. I will definitely go there again when I’m in the area!

I was introduced to Bachrach Jewelers by my father—when I was getting engaged, he told me Mark’s father had created my mother’s engagement and wedding rings and I reached out to Mark thinking the story couldn’t be better. Mark and his apprentice Elijah guided me through the process of selecting both the style of the ring and the stone—they do a tremendous job of making the jewelry-buying process accessible and comfortable. Mark always has a good story to share and his craftsmanship is unmatched. Mark created the most-complimented and gorgeous engagement ring I have ever seen and I have recommended their office to many of my friends. I have already returned to their shop for wedding bands and plan to do so again for custom jewelry down the road. It’s been a pleasure working with you, Mark and Eli!

Robert Apitz I stopped in around 2 months ago and Gabe was incredible. He took the time to assess my piece with honesty and fairness, to the point where he recommended I try selling on eBay or online to make more money than what he would offer. I reached out again because I hadn’t wrote down any of the details for the online posting, and without hesitation he told me to stop back in, and he would write down a title and description for the piece.
