When Daniel says he will create a masterpiece, he delivers — from vision and expertise to advice and timelines, he follows through every step of the way. He made my now-fiancée feel completely comfortable, earning her trust by listening to every detail and ensuring she was fully involved in the process. The pictures below show the ring that was redesigned from My Grandmas heirloom ring, with the main stone as the centerpiece. Thanks to Daniel, our engagement last September became a reality. Lauren Russo 5 stars is not enough stars for John and Adrianna (I think that is her name, so sorry I forgot :( ). However, they made my husband and I’s experience the best. We had difficulty with my engagement ring my husband purchased in 2019, and John was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Adrianna was amazing with helping us find a new ring, and walked us through Zale’s trade-in policy. We were able to walk away with a brand new ring, and wedding band along with a great warranty. Those two made our day, and we are super thankful for them!
