She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable. Her professionalism and warm personality turned what could have been a nerve wracking experience into something fun and easy. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I left not only happy with my piercing but also impressed with the customer service. If you are thinking about getting a piercing I highly recommend asking for Samantha.

5 /5 Michelle Kapp: I went there yesterday with my three, yes I said THREE, young children. Ages 1, 3, and 6. We got three sets of ear piercings. I got one, my six year old, and my one year old. Sam was the woman who helped us. She was training a girl named tahiya & they both were AMAZING. Sam knew exactly what to do with my baby. She powered through the chaos. She was knowledgeable and the absolute sweetest. Tahiya was really brave when it came to learning. She followed instructions and even when things didnt go perfect, she was still eager to learn. She ended up piercing my ears by herself and did an excellent job. These two were so great. I felt so happy when we left. They got super busy while helping us and they still accommodated all the customers. They just were very professional and great at their jobs. I ALSO WANT TO SAY, I tried going to a tattoo parlor bc I didnt want the gun...but when we walked in- my daughter felt very out of place and so we decided to come here instead. It was a perfect experience!!
