I have a watch collection and I come here for battery replacement. They have a watch battery replacement club !!

5 /5 Louise York: This place is awesome. They are all very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you no matter what it is. Always clean. You always get a smile and a hello as soon as you walk in the door. Very reasonable on everything from repairs to custom made anything. This is my go to place for all my jewelry needs. This store’s manager is amazing to work with and she treats everyone with the upmost respect I truly appreciate her more than she will ever know.

1 /5 Aaron Miner: I am VERY UNHAPPY with JC. Tried to work with them to develop a custom piece of jewelry for my wife. They seemed to understand what I wanted when we first met (mid August) but then when I received the piece, it was not quite right. I was bummed as I was hoping to have it late September. They understood and were willing to fix it; wanted to get it right. BUT, following that meeting they never called me for updates or when the piece was ready for review. Two months later I stopped by and they seemed to have totally forgotten what I wanted. After talking g with them again, I got them to understand and thought we were good. Two more months with no updates! Went back in again and they at least had a wax mold for us to test, which was finally close but needed a few minor adjustments. Thought we were finally in the home stretch. NOPE! THREE months go by and no call or update that it’s ready. Went back in and they could not find my order. They even asked if I had already picked it up. After checking all over and talking with the jewelers, they finally figured it out and told me it would be ready in 30 minutes! WHAT! Why didn’t you work on it after we talked over three months ago! From the one piece I did get to see, the quality of the jewelry is good but their ability to communicate is HORRENDOUS. I’m so frustrated that it’s now taken NINE months to make a piece that I was told would be ready in a month. Won’t be coming back and would recommend every one steer clear of them if you expect to get anything back in a timely manner.

1 /5 Lori Henrichs: I’ve used JC’s for watch batteries and to size a bracelet. Everything went well so I asked them to do a custom ring for me with the materials from a ring I inherited from a family member. I brought it in in March and was given a 6 week turnaround of April 15. Well that day came and went with no communication. I stopped in April 17 to pick up the ring but they told me it wouldn’t be done for another two weeks. I was bummed but understanding. They said their jeweler was a bit backed up. I asked them to keep in contact this time and let me know whether or not it was done in two weeks so I didn’t stop in for no reason. Well that day came and went and I heard nothing again. I called the store and they told me they just needed a few more days. This process of new deadlines that were never met and lack of communication continued on for four more weeks. They kept telling me they were so close and almost had it ready. After about the fifth deadline change, I finally asked to get my money and my materials back. I was told it was such a shame because they were almost done with the ring. When I went up to pick up my materials everything was exactly as it was when I dropped it off back in March. I know they had been doing some design work on their end, but Nothing else had been done to the actual ring. I was so upset because now I have to start over. I no longer felt comfortable having them build a custom ring for me.

1 /5 Nathan Krantz: Never again I appreciate how long it took for them to look at all of my pieces. I just wanted to sell after they were done. They asked me “how much are you looking to get” as if it was pawn stars, they ended up offering me 700 every other place was more than double that between 15 and 1700 it wasn’t the owner just one of the employees I don’t appreciate trying to get scammed. They don’t even tell you their buying rate, I highly recommend THE GLOD EXCHANGE. The owner is probably the kindest and most honest person I’ve ever met
