Id never been to Udry before but have driven past it alot, they are affordable and their customer service was top notch. It only took about 2 weeks to get my ring back and they even cleaned it too so it actually look like a brand new ring! Will be returning here for future jewelry needs!

5 /5 Ryan G: Udry’s is second to none. I’ve done business with every major jeweler in the area and I couldn’t be happier with the experiences I’ve had here. From the repair of my daughter’s ring to the addition of another band to my wife’s wedding ring, customer service goes a long way with me. They seem to go above and beyond what is expected and listen to what your needs are while giving options within your price range. Brad is doing a hell of a job there. It’s not often I say “I look forward to spending more money here”, but it applies.

1 /5 Sissy Martin: I brought in my mothers ring to have a stone replaced. .it fell out within a month..took it to have it replaced..it fell out in less than 2 weeks! Replacement was free.. again it fell out in 2 weeks.. needless to say Im going back a third time..and telling them Ill take my business elsewhere!

5 /5 Dawn Farris: A big thank you for the woman who waited on me during the Marigold Festival. I was driving by on my way to get pork chop sandwiches from the festival and saw the no parking sign. I remembered I had a watch that needed a new battery (Walmart wouldnt help me last week). So I ran in to get a new battery. While waiting we were chatting and I told her I had to find someplace to park so I could get pork chop sandwiches for my elderly parents. She ended up letting my 19 y/o son stay there with my vehicle and I walked the park and grabbed the sandwiches and by the 15 minutes it took , they had my watch done. It was a win win for me and I greatly appreciate it. Not only were they helpful but I have my watch back in working order. Thank you!!!!

5 /5 Kenneth Felton: I’m relocated to Texas, and in town visiting family. The clasp on my necklace bent and needed repaired. I stopped in to have this done. Dropped it off and ran another errand. When I returned it was like new. Very clean store. Great friendly and professional staff! Have a wide variety of good quality pieces on display. Very nice establishment. Very rare you get this kind of customer service these days. If I lived in the area, I definitely would be doing more business here.
