1 /5 Shavonne Pounders: I stopped shopping here due to the fact that they will sell you broken items AND sell you a warranty only to not honor the warranty. I purchased NUMEROUS electronics like a dummy only for about 2 or 3 to actually work. I’m honestly convinced they just bring items from their home and employees when their tired of them and try to make a buck off of them because they very rarely ever accept a pawn when I’m in there and nothing WORKS!

1 /5 Daniel Butler: Sold me a faulty controller. Refuses to exchange or refund less than an hour later, due to no receipt. Drove back and forth across town a to return/exchange with the receipt and get resolve but was treated very poorly by management. I understand that your line of work is getting over on people but it doesn’t mean that all of your customers are doing the same to you.

1 /5 Julie B: What a awful place. I will NEVER do business with this crooked establishment. So a few months ago I bought a Bosch drill set 2 batteries charger and bits. Great deal! The only sticker on the drill was on the side of drill.So I purchased it. I fell short on a bill went to get a quick loan they said because the sticker was missing they couldnt take it. Mind you the same sticker they had the price of drill on it and that was the ONLY sticker on it. The sales associate was starting to get attitude, why? idk I purchased it from them.They knew what they were doing by puutinf a price sricker over where the original sticker should have been and thats crooked business. They need to hire more professional women instead of unprofessional argumentative people. So yea DONT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL STICK YOU! 1ST and LAST experience with this place.

1 /5 Jeff Adair: Purchased a amp that was suppose to be in good condition. It has an internal issue and is sending feedback to the subwoofer without any music playing. The rca is missing a locking nut and this amp needed to be marked as needs repairs and not fully functional .They have not offered to give me a refund or return label and only directed me to the stupid buya website where no one answers the phone and you can only email the support line to wait for days.
