5 /5 Don G: I initially went in to get a watch band repaired for my sons watch. I also had 3 of mine that I took with me. 1 (Timex) needed a battery. 1 (Bulova) was dropped and no longer working. The third (Skagen Titanium) had been taken somewhere else for a battery and they messed up the watch. not only did it no longer work, but you couldnt even pull out the pin to set time.
They replaced the easy battery for my first one on the spot. I left the other 3 (my sons and my other 2). They called the next day and they were all fixed. The price for the repairs was extremely fair. Honestly, considerably less than I expected. I had even asked them to replace the battery on my sons just to make sure it would last him a while. They told me their jeweler said it was a lithium battery and had a lot of life left so they didnt replace it. They could have easily replaced that battery and charged me but (thankfully) they did not do more than was needed and saved me some money.
From now on, I will always take my watches there for batteries or repairs. I highly recommend them. Nice people. Great service. Very fair prices.
