Emily and Julian Rose, from Windy City Diamonds, did a fantastic job on both mine and my husbands wedding bands and my engagement ring. She was responsive, easy to work with, and fully understood and executed the vision making the rings stunningly beautiful and comfortable. They custom made both my engagement ring and wedding band and did the engraving for my husbands wedding band as well. I would absolutely recommend going here if you are shopping for rings because they can truly design it all and the process is effortless!

ariel lanier Wonderful place to get your jewelry fixed. The prices are fair and the owner is wonderful. I got my ring resized by size and a half she did an amazing job at a price that I could actually afford. I didnt think I was ever going to be able to wear my ring again but I am so happy that I can thanks to her.

John Watters One of the best jewelers! My wife passed and her funeral is this Friday, my ring was too small so I called around. Most places told me 2 weeks, one told me they would try for $200 but no promises. I was willing to pay whatever to wear my wedding ring then I called Christopher they told me come in right away and would try to get it done. He worked on it right away, when I pulled out my card to pay he wouldnt accept a payment, not even a tip. He wanted to make sure I could wear it at the funeral! Definitely a place I have to rave about & if you could give 100 stars he deserves it

I was so thrilled with how the ring turned out, it was exactly what I had envisioned and I had so much trust in Tim in getting it right. I went in with an idea in mind, and the ring turned out even better than I imagined thanks to Tim and Monson Jewelers. His personal touch and attention to detail made it such a smooth, fun process. Leora Dowling I recently lost one of the smaller stones from my engagement ring. Although Im a widow, the ring means so much to me. I asked around before choosing a jewelers, because its risky to hand an expensive piece over to strangers. Everyone I spoke to recommended Oak Park Jewelers. Today I brought the ring in and was instantly reassured by Ella and Sammi. They asked the right questions, listened to me reminisce a bit, and called me back within 2 hours as promised. I got a reasonable estimate for replacing the missing stone, as well as retipping the prongs that needed retipping. (Not all of them need it.) I appreciated everything about the honest and genuine service I received today. I look forward to wearing my favorite piece of jewelry again within the next 7-10 days. Im sure the stone with be carefully chosen to match the other six, and all the diamonds will be safely and beautifully mounted. Thank you, ladies, for your assistance! Update: My ring is gorgeous. I cant tell which stone was replaced!
