Alexis Patrick Never had a problem with them. I got my husbands wedding band here. The guy was very nice that we saw back in May. Today I came in because I needed someone to fix my bent ring. They were very helpful.

Stephanie Lotz Maddison and Chad were amazing. Maddison took the time to call another store to find the necklace a charm on it that I wanted and got the price for me. When I went there to go buy Chad the manager was there to help with a smile and told me the history of the store. From now on this is the only jewelry store I am going to and dealing with. 100% recommend this store. Springfield location but all are great though. Even then Peoria one; the original one I went to.

Devon Jackson I came in today to get an outfit from another store and I started talking to my man Jay and he absolutely sold me on a wedding ring for my fiancé. Jay is hands down THE best. With pricing, quality and product. Check him out he won’t disappoint.

Beth Bolyard Went to this shop a couple of weeks ago, and honestly didn’t have a lot of time to shop as I came in for two particular items. However, not only did I pick up the two items I intended, the sale staff showed me the sales rack and picked up a few extra things. The sales team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their products and customer service was top notch!! Thank you for this classy and customer service oriented shop. Brittany P Love Love Love Sue Nelson! She has done absolutely everything for me! I found this place after needing a watch engraved on the back for my boss. No ONE would do this engraving until I found Sue. She did the engraving for like $10, and it looked awesome. I then went back to her to update my wedding rings for a push present. I cant even explain everything she did for me. She absolutely went above and beyond, helping me design it! We combined my wedding and engagement ring together, and it turned out AMAZING! Im so sad Sue is retiring, but I definitely will still use this jewelry store for all my jewelry purchases.

I am impressed with the amount of communication and help I got when wanting to purchase this ring. I lost my engagement ring that I Loved so much when I Was at the lake with family and decided instead of buying the same ring to look and see if I like something a little bit more Due to snagging issues I had with the last ring. So before you sell your gold, silver, platinum or coin collections or your family treasures, make sure you stop at McLean County Exchange first to get the most money for your items. This is a great shop they have one of most extensive jewelry inventories of anywhere in the Twin Cities, and are never afraid to dicker on price. And they buy old gold & scrap gold and silver as well. Parking is nice and the store is very clean, their hours are Monday thru Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm and on Saturday they are open from 9.00am to 5:00pm,
